We’re back with your favorite power couple, Jay Steinback and Amanda Alejandro. If they sound familiar to you, that’s probably because you’ve watched our previous episode on Chime’s power users. In this video, they give an inside look on how they use Chime to streamline communication both within their team and with their leads.

Every lead is different, so it’s important to find out if they prefer email, texting, or phone calls. Chime shows you a lead’s preferred method of communication, so you wont have to guess- you can tailor your approach to each unique client. Jay and Amanda have had many conversions just by taking advantage of this feature.

This is how Jay and Amanda make it work: when a new lead comes in, they are sent a welcome email. Within 10 minutes, the new lead gets either a call or a text (or both), depending on how the lead prefers to communicate. When a client calls in, the team has an intricate call routing setup to make sure that someone always answers the phone immediately. After the call, the recording is saved into Chime. The lead is automatically assigned to the person who took the call.
