How to Convert your AI Conversations to Viable Leads

Suppose you’ve been using Chime for quite a while. In that case, you are probably already familiar with Chime’s AI Assistant (watch our episode on the AI Assistant here) and the AI Conversations that it can have with your leads

When you get a new lead, you can set up the AI Assistant to have an automated conversation to get details, qualify your lead, and place them in the proper pipeline.

But then what? How do you go from having an AI Conversation to having a viable lead and, eventually, a client?

Janki is the leader of the Janki Patel Team, a team of real estate agents in the metro areas of California. They are active users of Chime — Janki is a moderator and has been using it for around two months now — and this has given them plenty of experience with the Chime AI.

With Chime, Janki has successfully converted multiple AI conversations. One time, she was able to secure a $5 million listing with a celebrity client, and she kept wondering, “Who got this lead?” It was the AI Assistant.

Brett comes in this episode to talk about triaging. As a real estate agent, you’re not always on the phone ready to talk to every single lead that comes in. You need to sort out every new lead, and you need to have a system in place ready to filter out the leads that should be prioritized and the ones that can wait. You want to know which leads you should be talking to at that moment.

That’s where the AI Assistant comes in. Not all initial conversations will end up with a phone call and, eventually, a closed sale. The AI can do the triaging for you, leaving you with a lot of free time to talk to the leads who actually matter.

When that happens, you don’t end up with 20 conversations in a day with different people, only to find out in the end that two are worth talking to. Instead, you end up with 2 – 3 meaningful conversations because you already have an AI system set up to let you know which leads fall into that meaningful category.

Janki also uses an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) model, which has worked out very well. The AI does the initial conversation and conversation for her, and then the leads are sorted into different categories. The ISA model is the one setting up phone appointments for her.
